Input Tests
Interactive tests process raw keyboard, mouse, pointer and wheel events in your browser. The application does not send raw keyboard sequences, typed sentences, pointer trails or button timing traces to its analytics code.
Live state and recent event displays are used to show a result in the page. Closing or resetting the page clears in-memory test state unless a named local setting or personal best is stored.
Local Storage
InputMetric uses browser localStorage for preferences such as the selected keyboard layout and for personal best scores in CPS and reaction tests. Korean tools may also store personal best scores for spacebar and F1 reaction tests. These values stay in your browser unless you clear its site data.
Analytics and Cookies
The site loads Google Analytics through Google's gtag.js to understand page usage. Google may set or read analytics cookies and receive routine browser and page information under its own policies. The application does not attach raw input streams to analytics events.
The current site code does not load an advertising provider. Browser and hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request data and logs needed to serve pages. Do not treat the absence of raw test uploads as a claim that no network data exists.
Choices and Contact
You can clear local settings and scores through your browser's site-data controls. Browser privacy settings or extensions may restrict analytics cookies.
